Disk can be reached by travelling E on U.S.11 from New Kingstown for about .4 mi to Cumberland Drive, then left on Cumberland Drive for .4 mi, then right on Ridge Hill Rd., follow Ridge Hill Rd. to Rich Valley Rd., turn left & follow Rich Valley Rd. over I-81 to bridge over Conodoguinet Creek and the disk which is .1 mile past bridge on left & on the top of a box culvert.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
