Another village sign erected by the WI, it's on the village green just off Churchgate Way in this Norfolk village among the rich arable fields back of The Wash.
The village coat-of-arms appears above the motto "Paratus et fidelis" which translates to 'prepared and faithful'. Then the village name and to segments relating to the industry here, fruit growing and sheep raising.
The sign is on a substantial pole mounted on a truncated pyramid of bricks.
Unfortunately the north side of the sign is in need of attention, the village motto is missing, looks like it has fallen off, and the paint on the coat-of-arms needs re-applying.
Location: On the village green, off Churchgate Way.
