Washington State Veterans Cemetery - Medical Lake, WA - Bookcrossing Zones on Waymarking.com

Very much a new cemetery, ground breaking for this cemetery took place on Memorial Day, 2009 with the dedication ceremony taking place on Memorial Day 2010. Interments began on June 7, 2010. The cemetery has burial plots for in ground interments and columbariums for cremation interments. To date there are about 300 interments on the cemetery.

The cemetery is now a bookcrossing zone with the release of Mayflower: A Story of Courage, Community, and War, by Nathaniel Philbrick, on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, which remains in the wild.

Donations to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the cemetery will be gratefully accepted at the Cemetery Office at the address below.
