Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 28, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5201 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, Texas, 77379, with interment following at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in their memory to Trinity Lutheran School.

Police: Harris County father kills children, turns gun on himself
A woman found her children and ex-husband dead inside a home in north Harris County late Sunday in what authorities believe was a murder-suicide.
The father fatally shot his two children, an 11-year-old boy and daughter, 9, then apparently turned the gun on himself inside his house in the 2900 block of Blue Glen Drive, Harris County Sheriff's deputies said.
Nobody answered the door when the children's mother arrived at the house about 9:45 p.m, deputies said.
"She got with a neighbor," Harris County Sheriff's Sgt. Dana Wolfe said. "They were able to make entry into the house (and) discovered the ex-husband and two children. They were all deceased."
There were no signs of a break-in at the house and deputies said the couple's recent break-up may have played a role in the slayings.
Their divorce was finalized last week, authorities said, and the mother had sole custody of the children.
The investigation is ongoing and an autopsy has been ordered to confirm the cause-of-death. The identity of the two children and their father has not been released.
