This spinning wheel is on permanent display at the Cedar Hill Historical Museum on the Town Square in downtown Cedar Hill TX. We could find no information about who owned it or when it was built.

It is housed in a small exhibit on 19th century domestic life in Cedar Hill.

Update May 2019: This museum has closed and the exhibits have presumably been placed in storage
