This culvert is located at the intersection of Luther Road and Coffee Creek Road, north of Luther.

This culvert is constructed on the north side of Coffee Creek Road, and crosses Luther Road, two miles north of the town of Luther. The culvert transports run-off from a deep ditch on the northeast corner of the intersection. The reinforced concrete tunnel is approximately three feet high and four feet wide.
The WPA shield is stamped at the top of the culvert and reads 1938. The Oklahoma Transportation Department website shown below gives a full history of the work of the WPA in Oklahoma.
