Just a short distance up the hill, towards the local school, from the 'Rest Stop' toilets at Drake Village, is this small wooden church. There was no signs for the Denomination, or meeting times. The small vestibule is on the eastern end, facing Allison Street, with four steps up into it. There are three narrow, arched windows, of a Gothic styling on each side of the Church.
Parking seems to be 'on the grass', under the shade of a large tree. Services are held on the second Sunday of the month, at 11.30 am.
The village of Drake started when gold was found in nearby hills, with other minerals also being mined at latter times. About the only things to stop for in Drake Village is, the Rest Stop toilets, just down the hill from the Church; or the "Lunatic Pub" diagonally over 'the road' - Bruxner Highway, or Fairfield Street, as it is locally known as. [After taking photos here, we headed up Cheviot Hills Road to the north, to organise a three-day hike for the June long weekend, at a place called Lunatic Hills, from which the local pub gets its name, I believe.]
