In Memory of:
Major Charles John Short
Commanding "B" Battery
Regiment of Canadian Artillery
who lost his life in the discharge
of his duty at the Great Fire
of St. Sauveur, Quebec
16 May 1889.
Aged 42 years
This tablet is erected by his brother officers
of the regiment in affectionate remembrance
of a brave and gallant comrade.

Sunday at 9:30am – Paroisse de Tous les Saints (service in French)
Sunday at 11:00am – Choral Eucharist – Parish of Quebec (service in English)
From from mid-May until mid-November Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 4:30pm and on Sundays from 12:30pm to 16:30pm.
Free tours and individual guided tours are available during the hours listed above. No reservation necessary. The cost of the guided tour
is $6 per visitor.
