At the wall of the so-called 'Schwörhaus' at the 'Weinhof' in Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg is a town clock mounted.

The clock has golden fingers and golden Roman literals.

The Schwörhaus has been built in the 17th century.
Today it houses the museum for local history.

Each year at the so-called 'Schwörmontag' the mayor of Ulm stands on a balcony and swears to be a fair man to all citizens.
