FR Construite en 1544, la tour de l’horloge, d’une hauteur de 13,5 m et d’une base de 4 m, possède un puits central de 12 m de profondeur. Un petit escalier intérieur en colimaçon permet l’accès au mécanisme et à la cloche. Le dernier mécanisme mécanique a été installé en 1892. Il fut déposé en 1990, puis exposé dans le hall d’entrée du théâtre Henri Fluchère. Depuis, une horloge électronique marque les heures.
EN Built in 1544, the clock tower, 13.5 m high and 4 m deep, has a 12 m deep central well. A small spiral staircase allows access to the mechanism and the bell. The last mechanical mechanism was installed in 1892. It was deposited in 1990, then exposed in the foyer of the Henri Fluchère theater. Since then, an electronic clock marks the hours.
