Camp Redlands - Stillwater, OK - WPA Projects on Waymarking.com

Camp Redlands was constructed in 1939 on the north shore of Lake Blackwelder. It consisted of twelve frame cabins, a lodge, wellhouse and cook's cabin. These buildings are still in existence, but are in need of renovation.

The University has built other facilities here to serve as a wellness facility for students and faculty of OSU. Facilities may also be rented by the public.

The twelve original cabins are frame with gabled roofs. We didn't explore too thoroughly since this is a private facility, but the cabins and remnants of rock walls can be seen throughout the area. The university has had plans over the years to completely renovate the premises, however we did not see evidence at this time.
