It does take a few minutes to go through the process of giving some details about yourself, to get some limited (in Download amount) WiFi. 3 hours of browsing, or 1 Gigabyte (per day)
There didn't seem to be any places to charge up from, but there was plenty of places to have a seat. Parking was by ticket, with the first 3 hours free. [But, 'watch out' after that 3 hours]
Visited: 1707, Thursday, 2 February, 2017 - I was able to start to log a new Waymark while there, in the form of the ALDI store in the Westfield shopping centre, that I had just visited. Unfortunately I had to take a photo of my mobile, with my camera, so the 'screenshot' is not that great.
