EN: The Ryburgerhof is a biological farm north of the Möhlin train station. The stables, barns and other outbuildings are conventionally built, but the home is an earth house.
The house has a grass-covered roof that extends to the ground on both sides and is slightly curved. An extension on the north side has the same shape, but is only about half as wide, long and high. The side walls of the above-ground part are covered with reddish painted wood. I could not find much information about the house. The architect's name is Karl Schneider and the house was probably built between 1990 and 2000.
From the street side, the house is mainly hidden by the outbuildings, but from the south it is easy to see from a public footpath through the fields.
DE: Der Ryburgerhof ist ein biologischer Bauernhof nördlich des Bahnhofs von Möhlin. Die Ställe, Scheunen und andere Nebengebäude sind konventionell gebaut, aber das Wohnhaus ist ein Erdhaus.
Das Haus hat ein grasbedecktes Dach, das auf beiden Seiten bis zum Boden reicht und leicht gebogen ist. Ein Anbau an der Nordseite hat die selbe Form, ist aber nur etwa halb so breit, lang und hoch. Die Seitenwände des oberirdischen Teils sind mit rötlich gestrichenem Holz verkleidet. Ich konnte nur wenige Informationen über das Haus finden. Der Architekt heisst Karl Schneider und das Haus wurde vermutlich zwischen 1990 und 2000 gebaut.
Vom der Strassenseite her ist das Haus zu einem guten Teil von den Nebengebäuden verdeckt, von Süden her ist es aber von einem öffentlichen Fussweg duch die Felder gut zu sehen.
