This memorial cairn and seat is located at the old station car park on Earlsway in the village of Waterhouses.
It commemorates the Silver Jubilee (25 years reign) of Elizabeth II.

The cairn is about 5ft in height and constructed of stones from the local area. A wooden seat surrounds the stones. To the front of the cairn is a plaque with an inscription that reads as follows;
