As you enter the southeast corner of Ringling on Highway 70, just to the north at the intersection of L and 8th Streets, this mural is painted on the side of a metal storage building.

The mural was created for the Centennial celebration of Ringling on September 27, 2014. A large waving United States flag is the focal point. It is flying from a pole, and the two ropes extend to beneath the words "WE THE PEOPLE". The background is light blue.

At the lower left corner, a sign reads: "Dedicated Sept. 27th, 2014 / Ringling Centennial Day". Beneath that is a large sign showing the honorees. Each of the 13 stripes, and 50 stars in dedicated in memory, or in honor of someone, many of them veterans of past wars.
