This Flying Saucer Restaurant certainly stands out from all the other eating places along the commercial Lundy's Lane area of Niagara Falls. Henry Di Cienzo took his childhood interest in space and created a flying saucer theme restaurant, the Flying Saucer Drive-In. The round, gray structure has wraparound glass windows and colorful lights on the upper turrent. That was forty years ago.
Today the establishment is a very popular full-fledged family restaurant serving sit down meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The business grew and a second flying saucer was merged with the original. Now two side-by-side saucer shapes greet visitors.
The restaurant is open daily from 6 am TO 3 am on weekdays and from 6 am TO 4 am on weekends.
