Simple draw well located in the upper courtyard of the Monastery.

Simple well located near the entrance to the church at the Monastery of Paleokastritsa. The well dates from the 13th century, but the wrapround was apparently replaced in the mid 18th century.
Legend has it that one who throws in a few coins will one day return to the Monastery.
