I wasn't able to locate any pertinent info online regarding this Masonic lodge. Their official website appears to be defunct because it goes straight to the webhost home page. The lodge is listed on the Oregon Masonic Lodge website as active status, I would assume they meet upstairs since there is an art studio and gallery on the main floor.
Kerby has gone by many names such as "Kerbyville," "Kirbyville," "Kerbey" and "Napoleon." The different versions of the name are due to a lack of spelling proficiency, even to the spelling of one of the founders, James Kerby's, own name.
Kerby began 1854 with mining interests in the area after the California Gold Rush and was also a stage stop between Grants Pass and the Oregon Coast. Over the decades the town has slowly shrunk to its present population due to the elimination of mining, logging and hospitality services as well as competition from Cave Junction to the south.
The web link below contains a nice picture from 1971 of the Masonic lodge.
