Pittsburgh - Smithfield at Forbes - DESTROYED
N 40° 26.357 W 079° 59.956
17T E 584873 N 4476995
Located near Kaufmann's Department Store, a downtown Pittsburgh landmark, this one says YOU MUST MAKE + GLUE TILE!! Sounds like the sort of advice I received years ago from my high school career counselor.

UPDATE 2017: This intersection was completely rebuilt and repaved. The waymark can no longer be visited.
After finding the other tiles on Smithfield Street, stroll a few blocks to score this one, too. But please be careful -- this is one of the busiest intersections in the city. Don't get hit by a bus while taking the required photograph.
The words and border on this tile are beginning to deteriorate. The former border now makes an interesting design, like someone spilled a can of paint.
I waymarked this tile while walking with a work colleague to a business meeting. I had to ask her to wait on the corner while I took some pictures. Well, of course I had to explain Toynbee tiles. And then waymarking. And then about GPS receivers. By the time we got to the meeting, Debbie had that familiar look that says "I need to avoid this strange person!" I believe she thought I was one of the people placing the tiles.
Debbie doesn't pay very close attention to me. If she listened better, we wouldn't have to go to so many meetings.
