This Webcam in the Vienna Stadtpark shows the statue of Johann Strauss and a most of the time a lot of tourists. You might even spot some Viennese visitors.

The provided image quality is not very good. It was installed during the first webcam-hype and takes one picture every 10 minutes. Images are not recorded and there is no such thing as a live picture.
