This building is two story at the front, and one-story to the rear. It is constructed of tan brick and has six-over-six double hung windows on the second level, with stone blocks at the upper corners. The roof is flat with a raised parapet at the front.

There are two identical storefronts, each with a single store on the left and three display windows on the right. The windows were covered with vertical blinds. There was no signage and the building would appear to be vacant, however there was a paper notice taped to one of the doors which read: "Dean's Car Museum. If you would like to view, call....." So it appears the building is housing a car collection available only by appointment and fee.

On the upper wall, beneath the parapet a stone panel reads: "1927 / Turner & Lucas".
Year of construction: 1927

Full inscription:
1927 Turner & Lucas
