Translation from Google:
A jester is a karst formation that consists of a vertical hole formed a few meters from the edge of a limestone cliff and that internally connect with the sea. When the tide rises and the waves beat strongly, it expels a jet of pulverized seawater upwards, causing a characteristic sound that is what gives it the name of jester. The column of water spray can reach more than 10 meters high and the snort can be heard for several kilometers.
