At #15 Dixon Street, Seaham, is 'another' Ned Kelly style letterbox, but with elaborate accessories.

While I doubt that plough parts have been shaped into the helmet and breast plate for "Ned", this letterbox also has a brown 'Driz-a-bone' jacket, and Ned is holding an improvised shotgun. A broad belt has been painted on his waist, and on his back is a dark brown pack pack, which would be used in this case for receiving periodicals or 'Junk Mail'. His shaped legs are slightly 'akimbo'.
It is partly supported by one of two posts, that hold the sign: "STAND AND DELIVER", which also has the house number hanging from it.
