Das Haus entspricht nicht dem historischen Verständnis von Jugendherbegen, sondern hat einen besseren bzw. sehr gehobenen Standart - so ist das Haus von 6.30 bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet.

Familien- und Jugendgruppen bis zu 200 Personen können hier übernachten und tagen. So gibt es hier auch Schulklassen, z.b. mit Musik oder Sportveranstaltungen.

Aber auch in der Stadt selbst und der näheren Umgebung kann man viel ansehen.

You will need only 5 minutes to the Jugendherberge Bad Homburg from the center of the city respectively 10 walking minutes from the train station (its location has good traffic connections). It is open from 6:30 am until midnight. (visit link)

This Youth Hostel, member of the German organisation "Jugendherberge", has 62 rooms with 221 beds. The rooms have between 2 and 4 beds (and need to be cleaned by yourself). All of them have a private bathroom. 9 rooms are handicapped accessible.

The house has meeting rooms of various size for conferences (up to 200 people). Many school clases stay here, e.g. for music rehearsal or sport events.

It is a Youth Hostel, but with a higher standard than the usual hostel - so the price is higher than a cheap Youth Hostel. Three meals are servered per day. Your help is needed with the meals (outside of the kitchen), as it is done in every Youth Hostel .

And do not forget to visit the city and the neighbourhood. There are different places of interest to be visited for the young and the young at heart.
