"The Cocke County, I-40 Hartford Welcome Center is actually located on land that used to belong in the Cherokee National Forest.

Welcome Center Assistant(s) on Duty from 8 am until 5 pm Daily for Information & Directions.

Civil War Exhibit in the Cabin Area with cozy, inviting rocking chairs and a fireplace.
Weather Monitors in the Lobby. Eastern Time Zone.
Recycle Receptacles Available.
Double-sided Mens & Womens Rest Rooms. Baby Changing Stations in the Mens & Womens Rest Rooms. ADA Accessible Stalls in the Mens & Womens Rest Room.
