Located at the corner of E. Evans Avenue and 2nd Street is a large two-story red brick church building with an exposed basement level. The main entrances are at the northeast and southeast corners under towers that rise slightly above the roof line. They are accessed by a flight of 16 steps with large brick sidewalls. The entrances have double wood doors which are arched with small pediments above. Windows on the facade are stained glass. They are narrow in groups of three and five, with pointed arches on the second level. The basement windows on the facade are boarded, but they are exposed on the north side. The second floor windows on the north are boarded. On the upper wall of the facade are four stone panels which read "BAPTIST CHURCH 19 27".

The Indian Nations Baptist Church, affiliated with the Seminole Nation is a Southern Baptist Church, within the South Canadian Baptist Association. It has a full complement of Sunday and Wednesday activities, with Bible studies and youth activities during the week. The congregation meet for services on Sunday morning and afternoon, with a meal between.
