Location of bank building: US-67 & 170th Ave., Preemption

Building was dedicated on 27 November 1917, this information I found i the Masonic records...
Web searches turned up two bank names at this address...Farmers State Bank and Preemption State Bank...
It could be both banks were in this building, following each other during different time periods...or one replaced the other...cannot narrow down which was first.

The building today looks as if it has been converted into a private residence, or maybe even apartments.
