On the grey-painted rendered concrete wall are five bronze crests, which from the left-hand (southern) side are: Royal Australian Navy; Royal Australian Air Force; Returned & Services League Australia; The Australian Army; and, Australian Women's Services. Below the middle three crests are the words: "LEST WE FORGET". Behind the wall, next to the footpath and Highway are two flag poles.

Description of Memorial: On seeing the Jet plane on Static Display, with and a RSL (Legion Post), I walked around, finding the Anchor and a Howitzer, and also this mini-Cenotaph.
There is a 'stamped' grey-concrete court about 6 metres, by 6 metres, with 5 crests on the back wall above the words, "Lest We Forget".
