This war memorial stands at the northeast corner of the Ouachita County Courthouse in Camden AR.

The memorial is made of two grey granite rectangular panels oriented horizontally on either side of a vertical black granite central panel. The panels rest on a sightly wider flat base of grey granite inscribed 'DUTY' 'HONOR' 'COUNTRY'.
Across the tops of the horizontal gray granite panels, the emblems of six service branches of the United States are inscribed in this order: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and US Merchant Marine. The memorial is framed by two flag poles.
The central panel reads as follows:
