This four-sided gray granite memorial on the north east corner of the Ouachita County Courthouse is dedicated to the men of Ouachita County who served in the First and Second World Wars, the Korean War, and Vietnam War. The monument was donated by the Fairview High School Gifted and Talented class of 1987-1988.

The monument reads as follows:
