This group of three windmills along Batavia's Riverwalk are manufactured by three different windmill companies which were all located in Batavia. The group is comprised of a circa 1880-1890 Halladay Vaneless Windmill by the U.S. Wind Engine and Pump Company,a Goodhue Special Windmill by the Appleton Manufacturing Company and a Challenge Vaneless "Model 1913" Windmill by the Challenge Company.
