A 13.5 foot totem-like sculpture. A romanticized notion of the North Texas prairie is present in the allegorical female figure on top of the three-sided totem. Three aspects of the prairie: the land, the sky, and the waterways are represented respectively on each side by various wildlife creatures sculpted in bas-relief.
