Broken Bow Masonic Lodge #441 meets in a one-story buff brick building at 107 N. Broadway. The building has a centered metal door entrance, flanked by display windows. Across the facade is a blue cloth awning.

A granite cornerstone on the northeast corner of the building reads:

May A.D. 1950 - A.F. 5950

The roof is flat, but a metal "cap" has been added giving it a gable roof. The upper wall has a decorative border design using light and dark bricks. The lodge meets every 2nd and 4th Monday at 7:00 PM.
