The Brenham Bus Depot was built in 1947 by the Kerrville Bus Company. It was restored in 2017 by Brenham Heritage Museum which used it as an event venue.

When they restored the building they removed the lovely glass brick windows in the front. The two small windows on either side of the doors however are still glass blocks. The entrance has the rounded corners as does the front corner.
