The cementary of Bensberg is placed near the center of the town at the Milchborntal. The Lutherian church is near the cementary but it is open to all confessions. It was founded about 150 years. Some of the graves from the end of the 19th century still exist.
The chapel, which is placed in the center of the area was build in the 1960s and it represents the architectonical style of that time. A section of this cementary is reserved for children who have died with an age of less than 5 years.
