At Yaquina Head there are 3 monoculars near the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. Two are located on the interpretive deck at the west base of the lighthouse. The third monocular is located on the interpretive deck above Pebble Beach, south east of the lighthouse.

The offshore rocks at Pebble Beach are visited by seals and sea lions. Whales also are seen offshore at various times of the year.
