The site holds a water storage tank and various water pumping equipment.
The company also use the adjoining land as a site for use by the charity Life for a Life to enable memorial trees to be planted in remembrance of deceased family members.
The cell mast backs onto the land holding the memorial trees and can be seen from there or from the minor unpaved track that passes next to the site leading to a gold course.
