Self guided trail which begins from the parking lot for the Hatfield Marine Science Center. The trail extends for about a half mile and takes about 45 minutes to walk out and back. The trail ends near the Oregon Coast Aquarium so it can be accessed from either end. In addition to the trailhead sign there are 6 other interpretive signs along the walk and a boardwalk section near the end.
