There used to be a railway line beneath this bridge built in 1977, but now this vehicular bridge is over a 'Rail/Trail' path.

While there had been an operative train line to Nowa Nowa Station between 1916 and 1987 (Wiki), there had been the need to provide uninterrupted vehicular access (visit link)

Built by the Country Roads Boards (Victoria) in 1977, it is a continuous span concrete deck, supported by two concrete beams on twin rectangular concrete piers. It is built on an oblique angle to direction of the 'rail line'. The rail line is now a part of the East Gippsland Rail Trail.

The embedded bronze plaque reads: "COUNTRY ROADS BOARD - 1977"

No website for this rather basic, but necessary bridge.
