Although it is missing several of the original screws on the front panel, this zinc vault is in excellent condition. The family name, "Ferguson", is on the plinth on both of the longer sides. Panel one has this inscription:

Born June 26, 1880,
Died
April 21, 1902,
Age
21 Years, 9 Mo's, 25 Days.
Panel two features a mourning dove, with "He died as he lived, a Christian." Panel three features an epitaph:
Dear Neill, thou has
left us,
Here thy loss we deeply
feel,
But 'tis God that hath
bereft us,
He can all our sorrows
heal.
Panel four features a crown over a cross, with "Gone but still remembered."
