"It's highly probable that THBB stands for Rev Sir Talbot Hastings Bendall Baker, 3rd Bt (1820-1900). He was the Vicar at Preston, Dorset, 1848-1878, and at some stage held the office of Prebendary of Salisbury Cathedral. He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Baker, of Ranston, Dorset on 29 March 1877.

Markings: "T.H.B.B 1881" on the lead tank and "TM.MCMXCIV" on the wooden handle."
