This concrete monument has a bronze Oregon Trail Memorial disk with an oxen pulling a covered wagon westward with a man walking along side and family in the wagon. The inscription below the disk gives the location of the Bonneville Point Monument and was placed by the S and D (Sons and Daughters) of Idaho Pioneers in 1947. My research efforts were unsuccessful in locating any images or additional information about this Monument.
