Central Park, in the southwest section of Ardmore, is located on the south side of Main Street, between E Street and F Street, just down the block from the beautiful Goddard Center, and the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce and Memorial Park.
The north side of the park near Main Street has treed walkways, with several sculptures, and beautiful gardens. Near the center of the park is a rock World War I memorial bandstand which is used for community activities. Concerts, movies and numerous community events are held at this location. Just south of that, a very nice splash pad is available for use during the summer months.
On the west side is a playground with nice colorful equipment. This is a very beautiful, treed area amid the hustle and bustle of busy Ardmore.
