The truss bridge built in 1927 is coming down, the one built in 1958 will be left in place this is East bound HWY-80 the new suspension bridge (Alfred Zampa Memorial Bridge)replaces the old West bound 1927 truss bridge.
These bridges span the Carquinez Strait East/West HWY- 80 between Vallejo and Crockett, CA
