Teddy Bear Park is a town maintained park created in tribute to Lynn M. Moore an employee of nearby Joe's Diner who died in a SCUBA diving accident on Cape Cod. The fountain is the main feature of the park.

The fountain has a 6' diameter 2' high stone basin. In the center of the basin a square platform, decorated with four teddy bears, supports a two tiered fountain. The lower tier is a large basin with a scalloped rim. It is separated by a smaller upper basin by a sculpture of a dolphin. A finial rising from the upper basin emits a stream of water which cascades down into the basins below.
