This one is interesting, in that they both have Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle emblems, when that was a women's organization. The typical arrangement would have been that they would have placed Mr. Mitchell's headstone, without an emblem, when he died in 1928, and later, the one for Mrs. Mitchell would have had the emblem to show her membership.
These two headstones are identical, with floral detailing. Both have "Mitchell" across the top, and Mrs. Mitchell's says:

Mr. Mitchell's says:
Obadiah R. Mitchell
