Wow, where to begin... We just loved this place. It is hard to believe exactly how big this place is until you finally make it through the line and discover that buses are there to take you around. We walked our legs off here. The major animal exhibits are placed just a little further than the next to keep you making your way though the park. Our favorites were the Koalas. They had just had some babies and it was very cute to watch them cradling them.
The zoo does a wonderful job of placing most of the animals in elaborate settings. Many of them do look at home there.
Other favorites of ours were the Warthogs, and of course the Pandas. It was so interesting because we were able to visit the pandas during feeding time. The keepers set little pieces of food all around the area to get the pandas to walk around. They are much smaller than I thought they would be.
When you go to this great zoo expect to spend the entire day. Food here is expensive, but they do a good job and it is worth the experience.
If you get the opportunity take the Delta sky ride. It was a lot of fun and gave a great perspective of the area.
I could go on and on about this place, but you better go and visit for yourself.
