An ornate freestanding clock is set on an octagonal brick base with a granite top. The four sided clock has gold trim around each clock face, filigree designs at the bottom of the clock, gold trim at the top of the clock stand and the inscription WOBURN SQUARE in a panel above each face of the clock. On top of the clock is a miniature sculpture of a man and a woman.
The octagonal base has eight bronze plaques. Four have the names of four donors and four are memorials:
