The two Binoculars at this site are tan in color. There is a shorter one and a taller one. Both are free to operate. There is also a small information panel next to these binoculars. These binoculars do turn a full 360 degrees. There is parking nearby along with a lake to fish at.
There is a fee to get into Pueblo Reservoir State Park.
