The Buckland Chapel is a brick structure with three window bays and entrances at each end of the building. Currently is is not in use but there is a landscaped brick walkway on both sides of the chapel and it appears that restoration is in progress.

The chapel is located in Springdale Cemetery, an active, town owned cemetery on Main Street. SR 510, in East Windsor, CT. It is about 700' by 500' in size and has about 2,000 interments.

A bronze plaque on the front of the building is inscribed:
